36 weeks- high blood pressure?

Looking for some advice!

My bp as been high all weekend, so I’ve been monitoring it at home (it was accompanied by severe swelling in my hands, feet, ankles) and this morning I had a raging headache. My readings are normally around 110/65...

All weekend they have been 130-136/91-97.

Dr. Said the bottom number is what worried them, and to monitor it at home still and call if headache keeps up or swelling “gets worse”.

This is my feet...

At what point to I say “screw it” and head to the hospital anyway?😅 I don’t want to be that crazy mom but I have felt horrible all day and I just don’t want to wait if something could actually be wrong.

Update:

I went into labor and delivery today. They monitored us for a few hours and of course my bp had gone down to 129/90 so they weren’t nearly as concerned. I showed them my logs and this photo (because I took off work today- so I wasn’t as swollen either 😫). They took urine samples and blood, and everything came back normal except I apparently have a bladder infection.

I decided to go ahead and take maternity leave since not working today helped my bp stay down and my feet not swell so much..and I go back in on Thursday!

Thank y’all for the advice. They told me it was good to come in, especially if I was concerned about bp.

Oh, and my contractions were 2-3 minutes apart while I was there!!! Is that common for some mommas and them still not go into labor for 3-4 weeks?! They did not seem concerned....🤔
