Postpartum Body😖😖🤮

I don’t know whether it’s my hormones, or some form of postpartum depression but I absolutely hate my body right now. I want to start working out, but it’s only been two weeks since I’ve had my LO. I’m losing my mind though. I hate it, I look down and see fat just fat. I want to diet, but I’m honestly too concerned with the baby that making smart food choices gets over ruled by whatever is faster to get to and eat before the baby wakes up. On top of that I’m breastfeeding (at least I’m trying to, but all my stressing and anxiety has taken a toll on my milk supply) I don’t know whether to eat less, eat more I’m just so overwhelmed with everything right now😔😔😔 I just want to feel good
