Gay prom dress

So in my town theres a gay prom for ages 12-18. I'm 14 and bisexual and I just bought my dress. Since this isn't my real prom I didnt get a super fancy dress so here it is

My friend told me it looks slutty so I kinda feel insecure but overall it's great. I dont have any shoes that go with it either so I'll have to wear Van's haha. And yes I am standing on toilet.
