Panic attack 😭

Yesterday I woke up with light bleeding. I called my dr and she said to go to the ER since I called late in the PM and their fixing to close. I didn’t know if I should go or not? I wasn’t bleeding a lot but late in the pm 6:20pm I was bleeding a little more so I decided to go by my self. I got to the ER and it was packed they told me it was going to take from 5-6 hours 😦. So I waited. They called me to get blood work and to start an IV as soon as he done he told me to go back to the waiting area! As I walked back I felt really anxious😟. I was alone so I started to panic and I felt like I was going to pass out it was the worst feeling ever my whole body was sweating and shaking. So I had to tell them I have to go home. I couldn’t be their.😭 they told me if I was sure and I said yes. Lady’s how do y’all deal with anxiety? How do y’all get back together after a panic attack? By the way I have a dr appointment today for ultrasound.
