Hi ladies,

This is my first pregnancy and I'm 14 weeks and a few days. Yesterday I started getting sharp stabbing like pains lower left abdomen. They co a and go. Found out early on I have a tiny fibroid which caused pain in my first trimester.

Could I be experiencing round ligament pain? Any natural remedies you suggest to help? Took Paracetamol last night and it eased the pain.
