I had my retrieval yesterday and I just got my fertilization report. 27 eggs, 25 mature, and only 13 fertilized on their own. They didn’t do ICSI. I’m just a little nervous that only 13 out of 25 fertilized. Does that seem normal? It’s only about 50%... I’m just worried about the amount that are going to make it to day 5. Did anyone else have numbers like this? I know 13 is a great number, I’m just more worried about the percentage that fertilized (13 out of 25.) It makes me feel like something is wrong. thanks in advance for your input.
