Black raised spot in vulva? Anyone had this

Anyone has this in the inside lips of vagina! Felt this bump a week ago and then looked today and it’s black about 2mm long. It’s round! I’m 28 weeks pregnant. Freaking out

It’s not ingrown hair too far in. Ahh thanks will have to go to doctors. Hoping it’s some hormone change thing

I had a few in my first pregnancy. My OB said it was swollen blood vessels. They cleared up once I delivered.

I had a purple ish spot appear before I got pregnant, they did a biopsy and it was just from friction! I can’t remember what it’s called specifically but they gave me a steroid cream and said my thighs were probably causing some chaffing by twisting my clothes or something. But definitely have your OB look! They may do a biopsy or wait, but at least they’ll be watching to see if it grows!

Sometimes you can get moles down there. More so when pregnant. Theres also the chance it could be a genital wart.
