Sleep Schedule ... any ideas? I have a 2 week old baby :)

Not everyone will agree but at 2 weeks I found it better to try and get a routine down - so like when he woke up I’d check his diaper and then feed him, change his diaper again if necessary, and then just hang out with him until he was ready for sleep again. Not on a clock but just kind of whenever he woke up we’d start the routine. During the day I napped him in a bright room and at night a quiet dark one. He picked it up pretty quickly.

Plan on being in babies schedule. Just nap when baby naps... It's hard but it will get better
