Raped a 12 year old girl.....

Someone dear to me recently showed me a Facebook profile and said, that's him, he's the one who raped me. When she was 12. It was decades ago. But now I know his name and face. I feel like I should be able to do something. But she won't so I can't.... Heartbroken 💔
