Groin pain, 39+3 weeks pregnant

Is groin pain a sign labor is coming soon? I’ve had lightening crotch for the past few weeks but this is more of an ache that doesn’t go away. I know my daughter’s head is engaged but according to my doctor at my appointment two days ago my cervix is closed.

I’ve also been having cramping in my abdomen and lower back, tightening in my abdomen, my body is “cleaning out” (💩), I’ve been having small yellowish mucus-y blobs in the toilet paper, random bouts of nausea, and she’s been VERY active.

This is my first pregnancy so I don’t know what to expect as labor gets closer.
