HCG levels

Anyone have issues with their HCG levels and hold a healthy pregnancy? I went from 30.4 (Friday) to 98.4 (Monday), to 98.6 today... doctor is worried I could have a possible miscarriage (should have increased more) and will retest me in a few days... anyone else have similar experience?
