Serious question...

When can a baby be born and have good survival chances? I’m 23 weeks and 4 days, and for some reason I keep getting this strong feeling that I’m gonna go into preterm labor with this pregnancy. Idk why, maybe it’s my fear since having a miscarriage last year. But every one of my feelings are always right. I just don’t want this one to be, and if it is, and I go into labor before 30 weeks, will he survive?
