How do I get rid of this?

I have this for almost a week and can not get it to go away I’ve used acne stuff and black head stuff and even put alcohol on it and used ice to try to reduce the redness and swelling but it seems like nothing is working it hurts something awful too.

Lavender oil and tea tree oil.  Rub a drop of each on, every hour or two.  Helps clear up blemishes, blisters, bug bites, etc.

I would go see a dermatologist just to rule out anything major before trying anymore remedies. Honestly, 91 percent alcohol is my go to thing for helping dry up pimples, zits and acne and cold sores. You could try dabbing the area 4-6 times with a cotton ball soaked in 91 percent rubbing alcohol. If it don’t clear up within a few days, I’d go see a dermatologist for sure because that doesn’t look like, just acne or a pimple to be honest and I would hate for it to be something like skin cancer or some type of serious rash, and me just tell ya, “Oh, put some alcohol on it.” For real, if it don’t clear up soon, I’d go get it checked.
