Anyone w/BV OR endometritis after C-Section?

Recently had my 2nd C-Section and all went well except...

A few days after discharge from the hospital I noticed high amount of bleeding + itching/not good smell. I thought maybe a yeast infection bc I had used a cream on my bottom for constipation but, the culture came back positive for BV.

I’ve had recurrent BV a while ago so no biggie BUT... I’m still having a lot of pain (esp when I pee) and continued bleeding at 3 weeks PP. Picking up metrogel tomorrow.

I don’t recall bleeding or feeling like this last csection. I also have pains in my upper abdomen similar to menstrual cramps.

Can anyone relate or share? I’m so tired of bugging my OB.
