Help mamas!

My little girl is a month old and out of no where she developed really bad acne ! That is now making her skin super dry and it irritates her because she’s always scratching at her face . What products can I use that will help clear it up ? We have a doctors appt coming up and we’re gonna see what they have to say , but if any other mamas had to deal with the same thing I would love to know what worked for you. I feel so terrible I just want her face to clear up , I’m also breastfeeding so I was thinking about using breastmilk as a home remedy but I’m not sure if that’s a myth and I just don’t want to make it worse
