Cyst during pregnancy

So I've been lucky enough to never have dealt with acne, maybe a breakout here and there but nothing crazy. So last week I woke up with A large bump on my cheek. The very 1st day I tried to squeeze at once thinking it was a pimple and when nothing came out I stopped. I'm pretty positive It's a cyst but I can't stop touching it underneath my skin it's literally the size of a silver dollar. I have an appointment to see my doctor tomorrow in the meantime what can I do I've tried doing warm washcloths, I've done ice, I've been using prid Drawing salve. Is there anything else I can do to help with this it's so painful And

the whole side of my face is swollen. The picture below is basically where the bump starts and ends. Helpppp please!
