Bahamas cruise at 20 weeks

I’ve seen some older posts regarding vacationing while pregnant. My family booked a cruise before finding out I was pregnant. I’ll be 20 weeks at the time of the cruise (the cut-off is 24 weeks). The Zika Virus threat has definitely made our decision more difficult. I’ve already spoken with a nurse at my doctor’s office, but her answer was that she can’t tell me if it’s safe or not and ultimately my decision. I’ve read that Zika is not a threat in the Bahamas anymore, but it is listed on the CDC as having had cases in the past (although most of the US also falls under this category). Anybody else in a similar position or able to share some advice? Greatly appreciated!
