Should I add anything? Take anything off?

I’d personally take off all of the clothes. The day before I was induced I did all of the laundry. The last thing I wanted to do was bring home dirty hospital clothes. The hospital gowns were just fine at collecting the body fluids and PP blood leakage. If I had clothes there, I would have thrown them away anyway. 
All we took was 2 outfits for dad, clothes to go home in for me and baby, phone chargers, and toiletries.

IMO all of the showering, clothing and entertainment. After you have the baby you're not gonna give any shits about showering, you're not gonna care about a change of clothes and you're not gonna have time or energy for entertainment. Also I wouldn't bring the breast pump, the hospital will have one so yours would be just another thing to carry. Just don't take anything the hospital will already provide. Pack light!

Honestly there were only a few things I brought to the hospital as they usually provide most of what you need.  I would check with your hospital to see what they provide before editing your list.  I wanted to pack as minimal as possible because you’ll wind up bringing so much more home and it’s more hassle than worth I think. 
That being said I would bring going home outfit for baby and a swaddling blanket for covering up in the car.  I personally lived in the hospital gown as it was nice and loose and comfy.  Labor and birth are messy and I didn’t want to deal with cleaning anything I didn’t have to at home. I would probably leave my pump at home (someone could always bring it if you really wanted).  My hospital provides one for me to use when I needed it.  They also had nipple shields and nipple cream if you ask.  Best wishes!

Don't bring the pump or nipple cream. They have both at the hospital and will want you to establish latching vs pumping. They sent me home with enough nipple cream to get me through a year using it as chapstick mainly. 
If you feel like you will need entertainment, by all means, bring electronics but it wasnt on my mind in the slightest while in the hospital.
Otherwise i think you have everything well covered. Not too much and not forgetting anything except maybe clothes and needs for your SO.

They will have pump storage bottles nipple cream underwear probably a big jug for ice and water pillows are pretty comfy I would use my own blanket though and bring coloring book or some kind of game.

I would take out all the clothes but replace it with a robe for when people visit! Also maybe a cute-ish outfit for if your hospital does in room pictures!

The shampoo/condition they supply as well as nipple shield. That is tons more then I took as I had to be admitted on emergency basis. All I had 3 outfits for baby...none fit as baby was a premie. Also had change of clothes. The less you take the better, as after birth you'll then be carting home a ton of stuff plus a baby and carseat.

Basically lived in hospital gown. So just a change of clothes for going home, one going home outfit for baby (she just wore warm towels and blankets at the hospital), body wash (didn’t care about having fresh shiny hair, just a clean body), something for entertainment and clothes for hubby. They usually have pumps, shields, nipple cream, and mesh undies and pads.
