Preterm contractions 😐

I ended up in L&D today because I thought I was leaking fluid. It wasn’t my fluid, thankfully... but when they hooked me up to the monitors we realized I was contracting regularly every 2-3 minutes and I was dilated to almost a 1. They ended up giving me a shot to stop the contractions and since I had no other preterm labor symptoms they sent me home. Just a very long day, and whatever the shot was that they gave me to stop contractions made me feel awful. Of course I’ll take it to keep contractions away, but ugh. Sorry for the rant 🙄😅
