IUD strings moved?

I just felt my IUD strings and I don’t remember feeling them before (however I didn’t really try to ever) but after feeling it and touching the string (not pulling) I’m having mild cramping. is that normal? did I move my IUD???

Answer

You’d have to pull pretty hard to get that sucker out of there. I think you’re fine, you could’ve irritated yourself with your fingernail when you were feeling for them.
