Cramps
Ever since my first period I’ve had THE WORST cramps, some months were better than others but most of the time it was to the point where I would throw up because of the pain, and I couldn’t move, I’ve had to miss school due to them, any ideas on why they may be this bad and maybe ways I can help them? Medicine and a heating pad help a little but not much.
