My midwife said not to use that but to use vitamin b6 throughout the day up to 75 mg, and unisom at night. It helped my nausea at the beginning big time.

If you take it then only take it a few times and not in your third trimester...but ask your OB or dr

Not at all. It actually caused me to throw up vs just nausea. Preggie pop drops are the best invention. I also recommend ice, ginger candies/tea, and lemons
