Anyone elses boyfriend show no interest in feeling or seeing baby move?

Im not sure if im over reacting and being sad over nothing. But my babies father never wants to feel her move. And when i asked him to come watch her kick tonight, he said "giving it 15 seconds" and stood across the room. My feelings are just kind of hurt. He ended it with "well i see nothing happening but glad its a good time for ya, happy for you."
We hardly ever fight or have issues. But i feel like he shows lack of interest in my pregnancy.

I get your feeling.
My DH is great, and I know he will be a great dad, but I feel like sometimes he doesn’t show enough interest in feeling the kicks or talking to the bump.
Sometimes he will only keep his hand on the bump for 15seconds before giving up.
I think for men sometimes it still doesn’t feel real yet, we feel it all the time but for men they need to catch it at the right time and even then I think they don’t feel it as strongly as we do.

My other half doesn't mind looking at my pregnant belly. But seeing it move or feeling the kicks freaks him out. He will not touch my belly. It really upset me first time round. But with this being 2nd baby I knew he was going to be the same this time round.

Yes, my husband is not patient enough to wait to feel a kick. He was the same with our son. But he is truly an amazing daddy! I try not to take it to heart and just recognize that guys just dont feel the same as us during the pregnancy.

Mime will wait too long then feel for like 10 seconds and give up usually. I have to rush him for him to be able to feel anything. I personally dont understand it. Even when my dog was pregnant I was always feeling her tummy.

This is our second child. My hubby felt my first kick twice but it honestly freaks him out.. and I understand! It’s an odd feeling, especially from the outside. He won’t even try to feel this one. But I can’t be upset with him. He is the MOST wonderful dad to our first and I know he will be just as great with our second. Some men just aren’t as in to the pregnancy as others. They aren’t getting the rounder bellies or feeling the baby move from the inside. The baby is just a concept to them at this point.. it doesn’t mean they won’t be a very involved father though!

He sounds like an asshole. My first/second daughter's dad was a major dick. I told him to feel my stomach once and he yelled at me "That shit doesn't excite me! This isnt my first fucking baby". He had 4 others before me. He was a huuuge dick and was a piece of shit through both of my pregnancies, including cursing me out on the day i went in labor (on my due date) and told me i was a dumb bitch who was overreacting and i could drive my fucking self to the hospital. My boyfriend now will get so excited to feel our baby moving. He'll usually feel her kick about 5 or 6 times in a row and that's enough for him lol then it becomes too much, especially when he can feel a knee or something rolling around.
