10 weeks stomach pain
Hey People,
I'm 10 weeks now constantly there will be mild stomach pain( sometimes back pain) .. Very difficult to sleep. Feels like gas also bcoz I could here grumpy sound inside my stomach. Hope nothing is bad symptoms :(. Scared to go doctor also.
