Exercise = fertility boost?

Hi ladies! I used to be super active (actually made time to work out). I am still not a couch potato as I have an almost 4 y/o and 2 dogs to run after. I read somewhere that light to moderate exercise around 30 mins a few days a week can boost fertility. I recently started lifting weights again (light to moderately) for 20-40 mins most days/week. 🏋🏼‍♀️

Has anyone been successful with conceiving after being more active than previous months TTC? TIA
