So I had the weirdest dream last night. A little back story my Husband and I are ttc. He just adopted my two year old son from a previous relationship. My week of ovulation we had sex either every day or every other day. I’ve been getting super nauseous and super lighted, peeing every 2 hours. So I’ve taken three test and they all come up bfn. Fast forward to my dream. Last night I had a dream I took a pregnancy test and it came out Bfp. I was so excited. I work up and I wonder what this could mean. After three negatives and my period now being 2 days late could I be?
