What finally caused your BFP?

I guess this question is for those who struggled with TTC for a while. How long did it take you and what finally got you your BFP?

I’ve been getting pregnant with IUIs. Nothing wrong with either of us but ovulation timing might have caused more struggles. With IUIs I got pregnant 2/3 times miscarried once at 6 weeks- I was still drinking before my IUI. I quit drinking all together and worked out in a less intense way. I’m pregnant again from my third IUI. I also ate pineapple in my ovulation week and no alcohol. I feel alcohol was my issue tbh.

My partner and I have been together for 15 years. We’ve had 2 losses. Actively tried to conceive go 6 years. We did everything. Got full dr checkups. Ultrasound of the ovaries, partner had sperm analysis. We quit smoking cigarettes about 4 years ago. Ate fertility friendly foods. prenatals, raspberry leaf tea ( great for uterine health and regulating hormones), ovulation tests. With those I took them twice a day at the same time every day till I narrowed down my ovulation day. Then we had sex every other day leading up to ov day and 3-4 days in row. The cycle I conceived I also did a round of clomid and went on a women’s yoga retreat weekend. Came back - cpl days later period was late by 2 days- very positive test. She’ll be 1 years old on Mother’s Day 🥰 and I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant. I was exclusively breastfeeding my daughter. My period came back after the pp bleeding stopped. I put some lingerie on and we had sex one time in December- not trying-not preventing- just having some fun lol noticed my period was 2 days late and took a test- very positive again. Everyone and every pregnancy is different 💕

It took me a couple of months taking ovulation tests and logging them so I got insight in my fertile window. Once I had that down I fell pregnant twice, 2 months in a row. I lost the first pregnacy, ovulated 2 weeks later and was pregnant straight away. I am in my 24 the week now.

a year and we stopped really trying. i gave up on opks and geritol and preseed and i felt like i was having my period again. well... still waiting for that period 😅

15 months and actually 'not trying' and just taking the stress about it - we actually started planning a big holiday and found out a month later I was pregnant! I'm 31 weeks now....!
