Tylenol really safe ?
How many Tylenols a day does anyone take. I work 8 hr shifts and have severe muscle fatigue since becoming pregnant. I'm 13 wks pregnant, I take one Tylenol in a 24 hr period almost everyday or every other day? Am I taking too much ? The only way I can get relief is sitting or Laying down but I'm a cna so I can't do that ?
