Hey ladies

So back in September 2018 I had a miscarriage at 21 weeks, I was pregnant with twins. This was my second miscarriage. When I miscarriage in September the doctors came to the conclusion that I have an incompetent cervix and ever since then I been doing my research to see what the best course of action would be the next time I get pregnant, my OB told me about cerclage, bed rest and getting the Makena shot to prevent pre term labor. Now that the time is here and I am pregnant with my rainbow baby I want to make an informed decision and I would like to know if any moms out here have heard of the Cerclage or if they had the procedure done before? Any feedback I would really appreciated
