How do you keep from telling everyone?

I just found out yesterday that I'm pregnant. I have my first prenatal visit for June 4, and my husband wants to wait until then to tell even our immediate family. 
I want to tell our parents and my best friend asap. 
How the heck do you keep from spilling the beans?

We tell our very immediate family only. Then after 1st trimester we make it public. It is hard and we slipped a couple times with our daughters pregnancy.

We are telling our parents and siblings Mother’s Day at 6 weeks. I was pretty sick with my first and I don’t want them figuring out that way! After my first appointment at 9.5 weeks we will tell our friends and then after 12 weeks announce on social media.

I'll be telling our parents at 8 weeks, after the viability scan. There's no point telling before then in case the pregnancy isnt viable. Plus, after 12 weeks is technically the 'safe zone' to start telling.
 
I'll tell my 2 best friends ar around 7 weeks just cause they are visiting from out of town and I want to tell them in person, but I would have preferred to tell them after 8 weeks (better 12).

I don't wanna tell just yet, so for me it's easy, lol
We are going to wait until I am at least 3 months pregnant, maybe even longer.
