There is so much talk now that you have to change everything to clean products while pregnant or even ttc. I wanted to see if any of you ladies changed yours. Thank you!

Nope lol everything stays the same. I just have to use men’s deodorant now because the women’s is like to weak 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

I started changing my whole lifestyle before I was pregnant. Becoming more aware of what I was putting into my body whether it was food I only eat organic or I check the ingredients to see if it’s free of all the nasty stuff. Makeup and skincare I really like to go towards clean beauty. That doesn’t necessarily mean natural beauty it means it’s not toxic to your body. I really recommend the app EWG to check the toxicity of food and products.

The only thing I did was stop using my Luna face oil in my night routine since it contains retinoid.

I think it's important - whether you're pregnant or not to know exactly what you're using on your skin and in your home. It's crazy some of the chemicals that your everyday products contain.
