I was when I was younger. Had mirena for almost a decade now though with no surprises so I'm pretty confident in its protection now haha

Before I wanted to her pregnant I was, mainly for the fact I knew my husband and I weren’t in the place I wanted to be financially for a child. It helped a lot with me tracking my cycle to know exactly when I was ovulating so we could be extra cautious. Birth control messed me up when I was younger so I refuse to take it now.
