Are little nervous breakdowns bad during pregnancy like will it harm my baby I’m 20 weeks? I’ll get nervous for like anything like I get crampy butterflies in my uterus and my heart will beat fast but it’ll only last like a couple seconds then go away. Am i in the only one with this. No one ever gets what I’m talking about but I don’t want this to harm my baby I can’t even control this and I’m worried
