Worried, please help!
Woken up in the night in pain can only lie on left side. Back and right side have a pain in my lower left side! I did lift a bag of soil and heavy plant pot yesterday it felt fine st the time. Not sure if I’ve strained too much. I’m 18 weeks! Is this just stretching??
