Sometimes I swear I drive myself crazy with my own theories and misconceptions. But any who..

At the ultrasound they said they saw something else but they think it might just be blood. Does blood go in a circle like that right next to the baby...? I google an ultrasound pic of identical twins at 6 weeks and it looks like mine a bit. I know the pic from google says 6.5 weeks. I’ll be 6.5 weeks tomorrow. I’ll be getting another ultrasound tomorrow because they want to monitor me. Just wanted a few second opinions or questions I should ask tomorrow? This is my first baby and I’m clueless lol.
