Working out preggo
Hey mommas! I'm 24 weeks pregnant with my second (it's been 6 years!) Obviously I'm older and my body is different..with my first I ate whatever and didn't work out but with this one I know it's gonna be harder to lose the weight afterwards..plus I have a major sweet tooth! 🍦🍪 Can anyone recommend a safe and healthy diet/workout plan that I can start while pregnant? I want to take maternity pics too with this pregnancy but I'm so self conscious about my weight gain and annoying love handles! Thanks in advance!! ✌😘
