Those of u that baby had eczema on their face as an infant did it go away?

My lo has eczema on her face and the rest of her body. It can get out of hand pretty fast. I use Aveeno baby eczema products and I also got a prescription for Dr. Jack Newman’s ointment and a 1% hydrocortisone cream. The ointment works way better then the cream. Almost instantly. I apply it up to 3X a day and her eczema disappears. I have missed a day here and there but it comes back. Obviously the heat makes it worse so I avoid fleece sleepers and warm bathes. Also my doctor told me to bath her more frequently than not to keep her skin moisturized. She is only 5 months and hoping it goes away soon. When she first had it, it started in her face and it would bleed from her scratching and it looked really awful. I would considered asking for a prescription for the Dr. Jack Newman’s ointment at the very least.

As long as you keep “treating “ like not letting it get so dried out it gets itchy and then gets itches all the time it won’t scar and it will go away. They maybe have other episodes where it flares up again threw out the years but just keep it “treated” and it should be fine
