Wrong gender blood work?

Question

Did any ladies receive wrong gender results in their bloodwork test? Got blood work done at 10 weeks 0 days. Yolk sac present still and miscarriage 5 months ago. I heard baby dna from miscarriage could have lingered. I also heard sometime Y chromosome isn’t picked up that early. Just wanna know stories of if it was wrong ?

Never heard of that. Don’t think dna from 5 months ago would be there... Blood is usually not wrong because it’s done in a lab. The ones done at home can be wrong because of contamination.

I had my blood drawn at 9&2 and my results were correct. It’s pretty hard to miss something that shouldn’t be there. I’m pretty sure that it’s usually only wrong if done to early and the Y chromosome isn’t prominent enough to be picked up. So you should be fine and your results should be accurate.
