Preparing for labor???

Question

With my oldest I was induced and with my second I went to the l&d for constant contractions and start walking and squatting around. Eventually my water broke had him later that day! Curious to know what helped you ladies?!?

I've done all of those throughout each pregnancy. First labor was 30 hours. Second and third were about 2 hours each. Any and all exercise is good for you!

I had a membrane sweep and then walked a lot with both of my previous pregnancies. Worked within 2 days the first time. And within hours the second

I walked around the neighborhood every day for a week before my son was born. I had a 3hr labor with him!
