It depends. My son is sometimes a cat napper during the day so sometimes he naps like 4-5 times a day for 20-40 minute intervals and sometimes his naps are longer and therefore less frequent like 3-4. I go by his tired cues and I don’t keep him up past 2hrs next or he gets grumpy

I said three and that’s true, but they’re not always good long naps. They often only last 30-45 minutes each with the one in the morning usually being longer because I often let him nap on me in the living room for that one.
