We’ve been together for 4 years, married for 1. Our honeymoon stage never ended. We’re both very affectionate people

We've known each other for 15 years this fall, been together for 10.5 in June and married for 4 also in June.  I can honestly say, we've never been lovey dovey. We started off as friends, so I feel like that plays a role in how we act. Of course we do the romantic/mushy type stuff from time to time but we also do wrestling and play fighting as well. I wouldn't have it any other way either.

I think our “lovey Dovey” stage lasted a month tops. Then we both confessed it wasn’t us and moved to comfortable phase 🤣 
I see couples like that and think it’s adorable. I sometimes wish we were but we are too awkward lol. 
We’ve been married 6 years and together close to 8.

Idk if we were ever your hallmark lovey dovey gooey stuff but apparently we are 'the most affectionate couple I have ever seen' according to my best friend when she helped us move. because everytime one of us leaves or comes back it's a welcome, a bye. A be safe, and an I love you, a kiss too and when we pass eachother usually just a brush of the hands or along the but or back. Etc
 but we arent big PDA people just like being near eachother. 
Oh and weve been together 8 yrs now and theres a 12yr age gap between us. :)
