This is on a Similac AD. Does anyone recognize what baby carrier this is?

I don’t know what carrier it is but I would never use it. Baby needs to be supported all the way to their knees with their hips/legs in an ‘M’ position. Dangling legs like this, which will get worse as they get bigger, can cause hip dysplasia.
