Sleeping schedule for newborns?

My twins are a week old, they sleep all day and are awake at night. They don’t like their bassinets, it’s impossible to keep them happy at night. Any nighttime tips for newborns? During the day they’re great! But once 3 am rolls in they start getting very fussy

Don't let them sleep all day. Wake them up if they've been sleeping longer than 2hrs (90m wake windows) and don't let them be awake longer than 90m to 2hrs. Get them outside every day.
If you get them on a diaper, eat, play, sleep, repeat schedule, it's helpful. There won't be much awake time for playing when they're tiny. Mine now sleep 7pm to 7:30am (11 weeks adjusted / 21w).

Read the book Babywise. I have 21 month old twins that started sleeping 7 pm - 7 am at 12 weeks and napped during the day. They still sleep 7-7 and nap three hours during day. Good luck momma.
