TMI truth time: how many of y’all got hemorrhoids while pregnant?

How did the doctor treat or remove?

I had them during pregnancy and after. I used tucks pads and creams to help shrink.
At 9mo PP I still had them and elected to have a surgery to remove.
10/10 would NOT EVER recommend again. It was SO painful, the recovery was SO BAD. It was almost as bad as my emergency C-section recovery and I felt like that was awful.
Plus it didn't even fully work, I still have half of a hemorrhoid there, which they have you sign a form before surgery that it may not even get rid of the whole thing.
2 years later and I'm still dealing with it.

I've gotten a few, but I've had them before pregnancy too (kinda runs in the family 😒). Honestly I just did what I always do for them, used flushable wipes and ran warm water over it. Mine usually go away in a few days on their own.

I have them from both pregnancies. They reduce in size, but I don’t see the need to remove them.
