Is it normal to have symptoms that come and go at 6 weeks?

I was at the hospital the other day had a ultrasound done they said the baby’s heart beat is 133 and everything looks fine. Just seeing if anybody has symptoms that come and go during 6 weeks.

I’ve had this. I’ve had some bad sickness days and the next I feel fine. I think it’s normal. My cousin said she varied from really good days and then really bad days. It’s a scary time for sure!!
