How many cups of water do you drink a day?

Trying to step up my hydration game. I’m sooo bad at drinking water. 2 cups is my avg per day at the moment  lol 😅

I would drink 8 cups. Fell off with it. I know I need the water.

At least 4 bottles of water. That’s 2 liters. I’m pregnant. My dr said to drink 2-3 liters per day. I’m struggling. Lol

i’ve started trying to drink 64 oz per day (which is 3 of my large water bottle). carrying the bottle with me wherever i go has helped a ton!!! i do always have to pee though 😬🙄

I dunno. I go to school and I have a water bottle, I don’t count how many cups I should put in, I just pour the water in
