For my Twin mommies. Just wondering if this is normal on a ultrasound? Is it okay for one baby to be on top of the other baby

. I am 7 weeks today an need more opinions on this. Had two miscarriages. This is mine an my husband miracle babies. Just want to make sure everything is okay.
