LO is very selective to who he smiles at and mumbles to incl. In-laws or strangers. Is this normal and any reasons why?

I gave heard before that while they're in the womb and your around people who dont really like they start to pick up tour cues and then when here can tell when that person is around. Not sure how true 🤷‍♀️ but.........

Because they are human and don’t have to like everyone they see. Sometimes they dislike some people for no reason just the way we do. Babies recognize their mom and dad and generally people who’s voices they have been hearing a lot since even before they are born. My daughter never smiles to anyone except to me and my husband
