Thoughts: Do you think babies/toddlers get low grade fevers with teething?

My son has a mild temp of 101. I looked up teething in toddlers and there is mixed info about whether teething actually causes fevers so I was just wondering others opinions

Yes, every tooth has been misery for my daughter. She’s almost two. When her first molars came in she ran a fever for 2-3 days. That was the only symptom also.

I always see mixed opinions on whether or not it causes a fever, but my son runs a fever every single time he’s teething. It has gone as high as 101-102 while getting molars. Consulted the doctor and nothing was wrong, just teething.
