Day 3
Day three of keto and gym and going strong!💪🏽 I’m so surprised I’m not hungry like I thought I would be. I pretty much snack all day to where lunch and dinner I barely want anything but I do eat a good keto breakfast! My boss that does keto told me to try to stay 20g or under on keto and I thought that would kill me but so far it’s not! I’m not even hitting 20g a day! I can’t wait to see what my results look like in a month!
